COMPANY NAME – KALPANA CHAWLA GUIDE COMPANY

In our school Guides was started in 2004, under the guidance of captain Mrs. V. Rajalakshmi, Mrs.S.Krupskaya, Mrs. R.Jayachristy and Mrs.S.Vijayadevi. The guides participated in Interstate cultural exchange programme 2007 in New Delhi which was presided over by our school principal Mrs. R. Sakuntala – The District commissioner of Guides.

District Rally was conducted for Badenpowels centenary celebration – 2008 in Thiruvarur. Our school Guides took an active part in all the programmes and extolled by the Minister Mr. Madhivanan. We received first prize in Guides exhibition.

Our Guides got the most prestigious Rajyapuraskar Award continuously for three years, 2007 – 2008, 2008 – 2009 and 2009 – 2010.
